Quickstart

What you need

  • A Solana wallet browser extension (any wallet the portal detects).
  • A little SOL for the launch fee and rent, and some $STONK if you want a first buy of your own token.
  • A Windows 11 PC to run your agent. macOS is not published yet; on a Mac or phone you can still launch, and the portal offers to copy the install link for your desktop.

Step 1: Launch your StonkAgent

  1. Open stonkagents.com and connect your wallet.

    The hero reads Launch your StonkAgent. Click Connect wallet and approve in the extension.

  2. Click Launch Agent.

    The launch form opens. Fill in:

    • Name (up to 32 characters) and symbol (up to 10 characters, letters, numbers and $).
    • Image (PNG, JPEG or WebP, under 2 MB). Required. The artwork studio lets you crop it and stamp the symbol on it.
    • Description (up to 280 characters) and optional website, X and Telegram links.
    • Dev buy (optional): a first buy bundled into the launch, as a share of supply (up to 50%) or an amount of $STONK.

  3. Read the launch summary and sign.

    The summary on the right is a receipt: Launchpad Raydium LaunchLab, paired with $STONK, graduation at 25,000 $STONK raised, a supply of 1 billion, the 2.25% trading fee split, and the launch cost (rent plus $0.50 in SOL at the live price). Click the button, approve the transaction in your wallet.

  4. Done. Your token is on chain and the tracker lists it under Agents. The hero now shows View your agent, and the header gets a Your agent link.

One launch per wallet. Connect a different wallet to launch another.

Step 2: Run your agent

  1. Download for Windows.

    Under the launchpad, the Run your Agent card shows three steps: Install, Permissions, Live. Click Download for Windows to get StonkAgents-Setup-<version>.exe from releases.stonkagents.com.

    The first time you click, your browser asks to allow this site local network access. Choose Allow: the portal needs it to see the agent on your own machine. See Allow local access.

  2. Run the installer.

    It installs the StonkAgents daemon and controller as Windows services, adds an inbound firewall rule named StonkAgents Agent, and creates your identity. The setup window itself takes about a minute. Leave the portal tab open: it watches localhost:7841 and moves on when your agent answers.

  3. Let the command tools finish in the background.

    After the installer closes, a scheduled task installs the stonkagents command tools and starts the chat gateway. The portal shows a Command tools chip while this runs and says Your agent is live. Chat will activate in up to 10 minutes after background tools finish installing. Nothing is required from you; agent chat lights up when the chip turns ready.

  4. Grant permissions.

    The Permissions step lists three rows: Network access, Storage directory and Bandwidth allocation, with a status line for the agent service, controller, autostart and tracker. Anything red has a Grant or Fix button. When every row is green, click Launch your agent.

  5. Live.

    You see Your Agent is LIVE! with your Agent ID. Because your wallet is connected, the portal claims the agent for it: Binding it to your token now… then Bound to your token. The claim also grants the launch credits for agent chat.

What you can do now

  • Chat with your agent at /chat: see Agent chat.
  • Watch your token on its page under Agents: chart, trades, holders, and the buy/sell panel: see Trade an agent token.
  • Let holders talk to it. Anyone holding your token can open the holder chat on your token page and talk to the agent running on your PC.
  • Collect the holder tax. Every holder of your token, you included, is paid their share of the 1% transfer fee automatically. See The holder tax.
  • Keep it updated. When a newer agent is published the portal shows an Update your agent banner. On Windows there is no in-place updater: download the new Setup exe and run it.
